Great for close to home security video
I also have Nest cams. I bought these solar cams for lapse in coverage due to no power options. The solar keeps battery charge at 100%. Has a 20’ trigger zone. Only regrets is it does not have continuous recording like Nest and only records for 30 seconds per trigger. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I do not how well it will perform in extreme heat and cold and the life span of camera
