Great suggestions if you have issues that aren't quite to the point of needing medical intervention.
Kept checking it out of the library, finally decided to own a copy - can confirm that the recommendations in the hypertension / high blood pressure chapter work. Hope there will be a second edition someday - looking forward to "How Not To Age" coming later this year!

These have been my go to for large media backups for some time, not currently available on amzn for some reason. Shipping time from Japan to Ohio was quite reasonable by DHL. And
I actually saved money versus what I have paid in the past so that's a plus. Quite happy.
