GE oven temperature sensor
An almost exact replacement. The oven temperatures measured with a thermometer had ranged from 50-130 deg F lower than the oven setting and was not linear with the setting but now are about 8% low, which is in range of adjustment. The sensor cable was a little shorter than the original, but long enough, and didn't have an overall thermal insulation - the wires were insulated separately,

Honeywell Thermostat
Easy to install. Individual settings for all days of the week. Doesn't require batteries. Easy to override program. Indicates temperature, time, rate of heating, whether on timer or manual override. Can automatically change time for DST. Has vacation mode.
