How to waste ones money

This is the second product of this type that I have purchased. The first product was designed poorly and did not work. So seeing this item, I had wishful thinking that it just might be better designed and actually work.That was as I said wishful thinking. As I am retired and mechanically inclined, I tried and retried each of the three zipper units I received , at times I could get them to work 3/4 of the way and they get stuck. No instructions come with the purchase, but the instructions would likely cost more to produce then the zipper repair units LOL Don't waste your precious retirement time on these, just throw away the garment that has the broken zipper and enjoy your remaining days. Add photos...yes, with them in the trash can.

My hammer and chisel will beat your flange lock tool any day of the week

I bent the tool trying to remove a steel cutting blade from an electric DEWALT grinder I had purchased at an auction that had no tool with it.I had to eventually resort to using a pointed chisel and hammer to loosen the flange.
