Panasonic DMR 700 4k Blue Ray Player
It's a Ultra 4k HD Blue Ray Player. It's not going to be a Multi-Regional. You Can't get Standard Blue Ray Players in Multi-Regional. Great Value for a 4K Blue Ray Player. Especially Panasonic as they are King of the Blue Ray making Castle!!
