Good quality at a good price.
Good quality cable that is available at a good price. I don't know how well the gray jacket will hold up over time compared to a black jacket, but it seems to be holding up well. I have purchased two of this type so far, and both are performing well. Just be sure to use coax-seal for outdoor connections.

Great little motion detector (if you have a compatible hub).
Okay, first a caveat: This is a first generation Iris motion sensor. As such, it will have limited usefulness unless there is a hub to which it can connect. When Iris shut down, I thought I had some useless pieces of equipment along with the rest of my 1st gen Iris products.
Hubitat to the rescue! Hubitat Elevation supports many of the 1st gen Iris items. The motion detectors are one such item. If you have some of these, then Hubitat is currently the only way to go. If you have Hubitat already, then these are a good addition to your Hubitat devices.
Plusses: They seem to be quite reliable if they are connected to a hub with other Iris 1st gen devices. However, there can be some problems if there are other Zigbee devices connected. I solved that by purchasing a second Hubitat specifically to connect the Iris V1 devices. Going into linking the two hubs is beyond the scope of this review. That information is available on Hubitat's site.
Size: These are very compact. I have some Bosch motion sensors that are Zigbee HA1.2. They are over 4 times as large as these motion sensors.
Dependability: I have had two of these operating for several years with Iris 1st and 2nd generation before Lowe's shut Iris down. They just keep working.
Battery life is good.
Bad: Unless you have a hub to which these can connect (Hubitat Elevation), they are useless.
Bottom line: If you do have a compatible hub (Hubitat Elevation), then they are a good addition at a good price.

Excellent product with poorly finished threads
I would like to have given this 5 stars but downgraded because the threads needed some work to be usable. The problem is that the cutting of the threads left a sharp, ragged edge at the tip of the outlet side that I needed to file down before it would thread properly onto my hose. Valterra needs to ensure that the product is inspected for thread quality before accepting it from the manufacturer.
I had been using a different brand brass pressure regulator. There is a significant difference with this regulator. I have not had an opportunity to try it on an extended trip yet, but used it for filling my fresh water tank and de-winterizing my camping trailer. It appears to work well. I do have a concern with the plastic part for gripping to tighten it on the faucet. My old one had two tabs that made it easier to grip with arthritic hands. The plastic is not as good in this respect. The tabs were part of the brass and not a separate part pressed on. I hope that the plastic part will not become brittle and break with time. I do like that this is stainless steel and that there is no need to be concerned about lead leaching from it. That is one of the main reasons I purchased this item instead of the brass version.
