Josef: The Melancholy Strauss in some of his least known works
To those for whom the "Music of the Spheres" waltz is the greatest of all Strauss family Waltzes, this collection of Josef's least known works is a boon not to be missed. Excellently played and beautifully recorded.

One of the best realizations of this enigmatic score
This version of The Art of the Fugue is one of the most poignant and convincing I have heard. It is realized on the piano by Hewitt as if it were expressly written for that instrument. Lovers of this work will find this particular incarnation of Bach's score absolutely indispensable for their collection.
