Great quality raw unpasteurized Almonds
As a rawfoodist I am always watching out for the healthiest products around. These almonds are the best. When soaking them overnight in some water (which I do with all nuts and most seeds to remove phytic acids and other components) the almonds leave no residue at all, the water is as clean as when I poured into the glass jar. Other almonds, that are pasteurized leave a terrible residue and the almonds get stuck to the bottom of the jar with that residue and I literally need to scrape them off, there is such bad stuff that they have been treated with, bad for your health. This is the best test you can do to determine if the almonds are truely unpasteurized.
