Dyna 2000i Ultima Programmable Harley Single Fire Electronic Ignition Module

Installed in my 1979 FLH shovelhead, thumbs up!

Nice thing about using this ignition is that you get rid of the advanced fly weights in the nose cone which can be problematic esp since there are so many poorly made units out there. Bring front cylinder to TDC, set the static timing with the LEDs on the unit, set a few dip switches and you are good to go.

Nice part wrong part number for 1979 FLH

The good,Delivery was very quick. Part was in nice shape and the chrome had no pitting. The bad,Not 68510-74 as stated, with modification it did fit but had to enlarge the holes in my fender. If I was doing a total correct restore than this part would not have appropriate. Since I have a rider, survivor with some non stock OEM parts I made it work.
