An outstanding collectable
This particular aircraft model is an older UPS marked aircraft before the company rebranded. Thus, the old "cheat lines", lighter shade of brown and the older package logo. The package even came with a stand and is suitable for a desktop placement. It's a lovely addition to my collection.

New Mexico One
This highly detailed diecast model is one of a series of Southwest Airlines Special Livery aircraft to honor states of the Union. This one is depicting the flag of the state of New Mexico and is known as New Mexico One. Southwest flies these all over the country and has a select series of state flags it is currently honoring. This is a high quality Geminin Jets model with the additional detail of having the landing gear down. The wheels even turn. However, given the small parts on these models, these are not playthings and are definately not recommended for anyone but the serious collector. Gemini Jets takes great care in refining its models down to the last details including antenna placement and other seemingly minor details. This item is not regularally available in retail and is a special edition so it was fortunate that I was able to get a version of it for my final collection of Southwest special aircraft.

Rare find
My great fortune in finding a Airbus A340-300 in Lufthansa colors was gratifying. The aircraft is no longer popular and is a outlier in the aviation community as airlines turn to strictly two engine configurations in order to save costs on maintenance. The model itself was highly detailed for its scale. This supplier is not labeled on the box, but I am assuming it is either Panda, Gemini Jets or Herpa. The level of detail suggest a Panda or Gemini with the protruding antennas detailed landin gear. I do love that I have this to add to my Lufthansa fleet.
