Truly awesome hatchet!

A bit pricy but VERY worth it! The steel of this hatchet is extremely good for it's price (very very hard as well as tough) and has a literal *razor edge*, unlike most hatchet's With a very thin blade it's perfect for light work, or chopping up game. The handle is durable as heck, good grip, and the tool should last, literally, centuries considering it's stainless and the handle is glass reinforced synthetics it's really light compared to the usual hatchet and if you're older and a bit feebler than you once were, like me, lol, or have to carry this in a rucksack etc, that weight difference would be very beneficial. the "neck" of the hatchet is reinforced so it should be fine to "baton" it, i.e., splitting small logs by hammering the head of neck of the hatchet Highly recommended!

Great for preserving leather!

Loooooong time since I used dubbin, but got it for some leather medieval armour I bought does what it says on the tin: rubs in well, preserves and slightly buffs the leather doesn't have excess smell etc great stuff! :)
