1/4 Inch Professional Drive Click Type Ratcheting Torque Wrench

Good, but solid stop at 1st torque setting attainment. (Not continuous.)

The wrench is fine, but I was hoping it take a continuous torque off a rotating load and then release. This would then measure the torque off a rotating fitting and then continuously release as rotation proceeds. But it does not work that way.
