Rugged TRD Skid Plate - OEM
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an original manufacturer part. You will not subtract value from your vehicle by installing it. It looks good for a skid plate and should perform well (prevent underside engine damage) in service. However, the red TRD letters are actually snapped on plastic pieces, not an enamel or paint. They will likely get scraped off from brush and/or rocks. Intallation was simple on my 2019 TRD Offroad Premium 4Runner, only four bolts on the new part. It did take a bit of wiggling and fiddling to get the holes lined up; the tolerances of matching vehicle holes to skid plate bolts was probably a couple of millimeters off.
