Great way to rehab your headphones.
The old goopy, falling apart, dissolved headband material was in desperate need of replacement. The old one came off easy, the new one needed help. Strong fingers, with the help of flat screwdriver, and on it went. The new ones are soft and supple.

Jenn Aire electric burner cartridge...easy peasy.
We have a 30 year old Jenn Aire electric range which was giving my wife fits. One burner didn't work, one was tilted beyond being usable (after market burner pan). One wouldn't hold temperatures. That left only one burner working. Can't do Thanksgiving dinner like that. So my wife gave me an ultimatum, fixit or get a new one.
Looking at the options, another brand cooktop simply wouldn't do. The custom cabinets wouldn't fit a new fan, and sizes of tops meant new countertops. I searched on line for replacement burners and found the cartridges I eventually bought. Two new cartridges were much cheaper than a new unit.
We pulled out the old. Spent a half hour cleaning the 30 year old unit. And popped in the cartridges. It was so easy to do, and looks like a new cooktop.

Rework required.
Bought two, first went together okay, but had to stretch everything out to limits to make it fit properly. Second had major manufacturing mistake. Left side panel front and rear rails reversed, shelf pins making door not close. Drilled 8 new holes. Fit poor, finish good.
