Acer Chromebook 14 is a good buy
I was looking for a new Chromebook and the recertified Acer Chromebook 14 largely met my specifications. After using the laptop for nearly a month, I’m satisfied with my purchase.
This Chromebook is the best looking Chromebook you’ll find. I love the all-aluminum design, and wish that the laptop’s performance was worthy of the eye catching design. The 1080p display is sharp and crisp, and the keyboard is average (not backlit). The mousepad is huge and subpar, so I use a wireless mouse which solves that problem.
You’ll be hardpressed to find a sub-two hundred dollar Chromebook with these specs, and I wish that Acer included an SD card reader, an ethernet port, a delete key, and a decent soundcard. With the volume turned up it’s very difficult to hear the audio.
The Chromebook arrived quickly, and this recertified product looked brand new. It's not perfect but it suits my current needs and I recommend this Chromebook as long as you know the drawbacks and limitations as I described.
I’ve ordered other items from Acer recertified in the past, and I won’t hesitate to place more orders in the future.

This Acer AXC-603G-UW15 is a great buy!
I was looking for a small form factor/low power windows desktop to use as a server for Plex. I couldn't find any reviews about this particular model. After reviewing the specs it had the minimum requirements for my needs, and I decided to take a chance and pull the trigger because of the low cost. I've only had this desktop for 4 days, and it has far exceeded my expectations. It's a good desktop and a steal if you can get it for under two benjamins (like I did).
This is NOT a desktop for gaming, and it's NOT a computer that you can upgrade to your heart's content. You can replace the hard drive (to SSD etc), and you can add an additional 4GB of RAM [4GB 1600MHz DDR3L PC3-12800 1.35V Non-ECC CL11 SODIMM Intel Laptop Memory]. Make sure the RAM is DDR3L or you won't be able to boot the computer. Adding the 4GB stick was easy.
The free shipping was fast, and I received it 3 days before I expected it. It looks brand new, and a wired keyboard and wired mouse was included. The operating system was Windows 8.1, and after I set the computer up and it updated, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to Windows 10. I said yes and the entire update and upgrade took about 2 1/2 hours.
This desktop has a gigabit ethernet port (wired connection) to your home or business network. If you want a wireless connection, you will have to purchase a usb dongle separately. There are 4 usb 2.0, and 1 usb 3.0 ports, and a DVD optical drive.
The quad core Intel Pentium processor is capable of streaming HD content via hdmi, and I've had several windows and tabs open at the same time, and the desktop had no problem handling each task.
This is a fantastic small form factor PC. If you added the components up separately, this desktop would cost over three hundred dollars. It's perfect as a nettop or media server, or if you're looking for a computer for email, browsing web sites, and watching Youtube. It's not for gaming or encoding media.
