Blades are not new.

Blades appear to be resharpened and are not honed. I've been using planers for over 20 years and all the new blades I have ever bought have been ground against the edge not with the edge and there is an obvious honing Edge. These blades are ground with the edge and there is no honing Edge. First use was on a piece of pine just to check the cut and there are lines running the length of the board indicating nicks or dull spots in the blades. Put a second pair on that I just had sharpened through a company and the board is smooth with no lines. They're the right blade and after being sharpened correctly no doubt they will work just fine but I'm disappointed because the description says new honed edge.
