It’s a refurbished part from an over 20 year old vehicle. It’s in decent shape with a small hole chipped in the face and some minor scuffs. Only had it installed one day so far but it is fully functional. The only issue is that inside wiring must be reversed as the hot blows cold and the cold blows hot. Not that big of an issue if you want a part that does function properly other than that.
