  I paid on 7/2. The seller marked shipped on 7/3, but indeed he shipped on 7/20, and the item finally arrived on 7/23. The seller didn't contact me using eBay message system but mentioned shipping would be delay in the feedback (at least he left positive feedback). Who communicates using the eBay feedback system? Should leave a Neutral but I don't want to hurt people for a $3 item.

  Untrustworthy seller. Baited me into a sale with the promise of a $25 refund they never sent, and complained about eBay fees in part of their reasoning. Also, the collectible arrived with missing parts they made no attempt to make right. Finally, they had me cancel my initial return request so they could refund me, but I think the real purpose was to get me to cancel the return with no intent to refund what was promised. Wow, never worked with anyone on eBay like this. Avoid
