Will not let you down
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this food processor for home use after using at the restaurant where I work. On several occasions I had overloaded the motor (unintentional of course). On one occasion my dough was too thick and the motor stopped and the processor starting smoking. At this point I grew concerned, thinking I was about to pay for the replacement. I put the machine in the walk-in cooler for five minutes and finished out the day without any issues! One year later it's still kicking! I baby my home machine, and it does great work. I highly recommend this food processor, even with heavy use and abuse it will never let you down!
