    This item was not described correctly. This proof is actually a 9x1TC2i with scar on neck die proof listed for a lower price not a 9x1TC2e die proof described. you say that you do not accept returns which is troubling in this case, but will accept this because I needed the proof. The item was shipped at reduced shipping cost with two other proofs. I expected a 2/3rd reduction in shipping fees ($46.50), but received less ($21.64).
