Good quality. Works well.
I don't believe this is "Genuine Toyota Parts". It doesn't say, "Toyota" anywhere on the box or part. However, at this price, I don't care. The part seems to be of good quality and is packaged well. Easy to install. I highly recommend oiling the latches (WD40) while you have the tailgate cover off. Sticky latches seem to be the reason this part fails in the first place.
