Excellent for tennis elbow
After only a couple weeks of using twist exercises with this bar I've already felt a big reduction in elbow pain. A great physical therapy aid!

Does not seal.
A lot of people claim these lids are great for storing dry goods and foods. This lid is neither air tight or water tight. You can actually see water and even powders such as flour or sugar come out from the space between the pail and outer ring. Powders will also get trapped and cake underneath the outer ring, and they will seep out between the threads of the lid itself. DO NOT rely on these lids for any kind of long term food storage, your food WILL be exposed to humidity and possibly small insects due to the poor seal. Within a short span of a month I noticed powdered goods were being affected by humidity and caking up. A waste of money.

Great cable
I got this for a scart switch box. Well made and no signal loss. A bit pricey but worth it.
