I purchased this programmer to duplicate the programming on a PIC 16F676 eeprom. It took hours to find a driver that would work in Windows 10, but once I found one, it worked flawlessly.

Well worth the investment and easy to use
I had very little knowledge of how to diagnose the leds in my tv prior to purchasing this tester. After a few minutes of using the tester, I was able to determine which LED strip had a defect and proceeded to remove the defective LED. No new strips were available for this tv, so I removed the defective one and soldered across where it had been. This enabled all the other LEDs to work properly and I reassembled the tv. It looks as good as it ever did, with no evidence of the missing LED.

New life to an old tool
The replacement armature fixed an otherwise scrap tool. It's now quiet & once again in service.
