Works as advertised, Flawless...
Worked very well on a HP 19-inch laptop, laptop hasn't run this well in over a year. Started with a freshly formatted and partitioned disk and it was a breeze. Will probable repurchase for other family members computers.

JORNADA 680/680E
I decided to buy a HP Jornada 680 due to it's reasonable price and trusted reliability. The features of the unit were very competitive, and it's functionality with Microsoft Office were very good. It has a "form factor" somewhere between a laptop and a PDA. I was very impressed with the unit and can see where it would be very useful. I was able to use it for all my secondary office needs while away from the computer.
My dislike of the Jornada 680 is in it's operating system and in it's method of syncing to my computer. The unit uses a windows CE sytem that is a bit out of date, as mine was a unit with CE 2.1.1. The synchronization cable is "serial" and is a proprietary model just for the Jornada series prior to the 720 series. Due to the CE version 2.1.1 this unit will only SYNC with WINDOWS XP and prior. The sync program conflicts with the program for my Cellphone as my Cellphone must have a newer version. I have since ordered a JORNADA 720, which has a slightlly newer operating system, has USB functionality and is generally an improved version overall. My advice, go with a JORNADA 720.

17 Cents a Pen!
2 of 2 found this helpful 124 pens in total. Only 1 pen broken. 121 are metal barrels, 3 were plastic. 57 had a stylus on top or bottom. 26 had Blue ink, 98 had black ink. 7 pens were unique and were quite nice...overall well worth the cost.
