2004 Chevrolet Suburban - replaced both window struts and hatch struts
The struts all appeared to be of very good quality. They were easily installed (instructions were included). I replaced the rear window struts one at a time. Removing the old ones only required one hand so I held the window fully open with my other hand. Replacing the struts required both hands so I held the window open with my head. Removing and replacing the rear door hatch required two hands so I used a piece of 1" PVC pipe, with a folded cloth against the door and chocked on the rear mat, to hold the hatch open. I think the whole process, including wiping away all the dust that you discover that never gets cleaned when washing the car, took maybe twenty minutes. Both the window and hatch are now well balanced, not requiring excessive force to close and not springing open too fast. I'm well pleased. The OEM struts lasted, what? thirteen years before they started giving up the ghost, and I expect these from Strongarm to be the last set our Suburban will ever need.

Replacement wheel cap for a 2005 Mercury Gran Marquis
I have a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis and, somehow, one day its front right wheel center cap went missing. I ordered one here, used, after confirming the part number from the tag inside one of the remaining caps on the car. What arrived was an exact fit, and it took me longer to walk out to my car than it did to install the replacement. Yes, it’s a used part, but so were the three remaining original wheel caps and this replacement actually had less wear and tear on it than they did! I’m completely satisfied with my purchase.
