worx 304 chainsaw nightmare
3 of 6 found this helpful I got the chainsaw. 1: I could not get it to start. so after a good hour of going online which did not help I then figured out I had to twist the electrical cord 180 degrees at the end of the chainsaw before it would contact and work. I am wondering if it will hold up? 2: The chain stuck in the log and the plastic drive gear stripped out. The lady that I spoke to about it said the saws not recommended for pine because it's sticky. I cut one 3" diameter branch since receiving the saw and got an inch into a 8" log before it stripped out the gears. 3:The manual was not included. This saw is terrible.
