Positives- to my ear, this unit has better fidelity than the SoundPal ST16s Negative- SoundPal ST16 controls are much more intuitive, easier to use. GLCON volume control is very frustrating, especially "volume down." I find it difficult to locate the raised bar while on the ear.

Hard to find...

Hard to find item- local garage door shops couldn't get it from their suppliers. Replacing one hinge is cheaper than replacing the door! Of course, if it had been designed properly from the start, it wouldn't have broken in the first place.
