Simply amazing
My neck had been sore for awhile and heating pad or ointment didn't work. After I received my horse collar to sleep in the next day my neck pain was gone. I highly recommend!

Well worth the buy

Piece of junk
Sorry I didn't read carefully what I was buying. I have purchased a brand new Envy same model for $59 ink cartridges included. This refurbished is a piece of junk!
