Quality
better than a surge protector because it does what it is designed to do, "protect your equipment." I've been using an APC since the mid 90's and would not use anything else. APC delivers quality and protection fro the cost. Equipment even powers after the power goes out in your home and even when it reaches a level before shutting off, it protects your equipment when it does.

Non-Playable.
The product had power to the unit, however, it would not play any Cds nor load any. had it been able to play, maybe, and I mean maybe, I might have kept it.

Great features!
This is my 2nd one. I use my 1st one with my desktop and love it. I've had it for well over 16 years. This one will be used with my windows surface pro 1st generation.
