Great unit. Only 1 draw back.
Absolutely no installation instructions is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars.

Amazing
1 of 1 found this helpful I was very skeptical while reviewing at first but the more I read the more sence it made. Ordered one for each of my homes and I just installed the first one, couldn't believe what a difference this product made. Usually I was able to hear the condensing unit come on , I had to walk outside to verify that the unit was on and even then it was so much quieter . I would estimate the noise is down 75%.
