  Item did not come boxed, the main screw from the body to the seat had gone rusty and there was no manual. This was supposed to be a brand new in box item! Also seller was very slow at answering messages, but they did deliver, even though they expected my elderly infirm husband to help carry the item even though I had said that he had carpel tunnel surgery!!
