Did not help normalize
1 of 1 found this helpful I have a set scalp and have been searching for a shampoo to help remedy this. This particular shampoo exasperated the issue cause my scalp to itch like crazy and flake. I had to stop using immediately. It smells good and might be good for someone who doesn't have set scalp issues despite the claims to "normalize scalp."
