Im actually only in the second chapter
0 of 3 found this helpful I was so excited to get this book, I felt like I would get it, and maybe I'm just not in the reading mood right now but nothing has really stood out yet, but hey I'm a positive person so I'm sure Ill find that something special that speaks to me. Wish I could come back and repost my review when I finish. But if your wondering if you want to read it, of course you should. I mean really....what do you have to lose, Right?

My back and buttox love me now
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased it for my husband to use in his truck but he said it sets up too high for him to use so I have been using it on my desk chair. I instantly felt relief on my lower back. I can sit for longer periods of time with no back pain. This is a product I am happy I purchased. I'm currently sitting on it right now and I will never go without one in a desk chair again
