1st time buyer

This is the first time I am buying this policy. I am glad it is offered on certain products. Hopefully, I won't have to use it but it is nice to know I have it. I'll update if I have any issues.

Lexus Rx350 potential issues, will go away

I purchased the wind deflectors for our 08 Lexus RX350. I installed them as directed. The RX350's have an automatic roll down feature that will automatically roll down the window if when the window is rolled up, they will automatically roll back down if it detects an obstacle. After I installed the wind deflectors, the automatic roll down feature activated. Couldn't roll the windows all the way up---at first. I "bumped" the windows up just before they automatically roll back down and left it that way for a couple days. Off and on, I would try to roll the windows up on "auto" mode and they finally rolled up on automatic mode. Been great since then. Absolutely LOVE Weathertech products. Well worth the money.
