2 of 3 found this helpful I did my homework before buying this for my daughters room. It has all the safety features and ranks in the top for space heaters. The company is based in the U.S. and if you need service they are really prompt. The only bad thing I can say is that is made in China.

Works Great
2 of 2 found this helpful I've wired my enclosed trailer and installed this AC unit in it. I tested it out by using an extension cord from the house. I ended up blowing a breaker. Be sure to check the amperage that this unit pulls and ensure that your wiring can handle the load. My trailer is rated at 25 amps - and I believe this AC unit draws about 19 amps, which is why is blew the breaker. I had it going through an extension cord and some 12 gauge wire. I would recommend that you use at least 10 gauge or even 8 gauge wire.
On the bright side, in the short time I had it plugged in it cooled my 7'X14' enclosed trailer from 96 degrees down to below 80 degrees in just a few minutes. I ran a hose from the unit to the outside for the condensation build up.
This is the 2nd portable AC unit I have bought. The first one was from Lowes and I had to dump the condensation tub ever hours or so. I believe this unit to be much better quality and just as easy to use.
I like it cold in my house, especially at night when I'm sleeping. This works perfect for my bedroom. I can set it and stay nice and cool while the rest of the family is warm and comfortable.

Easy to use and is wonderful
I've never owned a Crock-Pot before. This one is as easy as pushing a single button and setting the timer. So far we have used it for almost every meal since we got it. The recipes are endless and delicious. I've even used it to make chicken stock with after we had made a meal of chicken and dumplings.
The locking lid is great if you are taking a dish for a party. Simply lock it down and slide it into the insulated carrying bag.
