This is why we do our best to ship the same day whenever ordered by 1:00 EST so that your parts get to you as soon as possible. We will also try to accommodate any special shipping requests and rush shipments if you reach out to us. We've even driven to our local airport to hand deliver parts to a pilot when a customers machine was down. We will generally go out of our way to help get you back up and running!

    Items received in fair condition as described, fast shipping, thanks! One of the four QMB362TW switches I received had the handles bent over in shipping. I believe the items were packaged reasonably well so I'm blaming it on the shipping company. Also the price was right so I don't feel it is necessary to return, I can still use the item.
