All stamps are accurately described and conservatively graded. I purchase current stamps for my collection either from the post office or USPS fulfillment center in full panes. I break up full panes into Scott recommended plate blocks. I have an extensive philatelic library for research. My older stamps are from collections that I have purchased and broken up to supplement my personal collection with the remainder to be sold.

Excellent reference
