Inexpensive, smooth shaving
1 of 1 found this helpful I had bought the Van Der Hagen safety razor a while ago, and was quite happy with the 5 blades that came with it. When I switched to the Dorco blades, I was quite pleased with the quality. They give as close and smooth of a shave as the German blades that came with the Van Der Hagen, and at a fraction of the cost.

Well-made knife, nice price
1 of 1 found this helpful I've been a Spyderco owner for the last 25 years, so when I saw that they were adding the Chinese-made Byrd knives to their lineup as their budget brand, I was a bit hesitant about the quality of the blade, etc.
I own several Byrd knives, and find the Byrd knives to be well-made, and that they are excellent cutters. The only knock I have is that they have a 1 year warranty, instead of the lifetime warranty of the true Spyderco knives, but given that they're about 1/2 the price, it seems to be well worth taking a gamble here.

Conceals well, thin construction, but sturdily crafted
This pocket holster fits my old Colt Cobra quite nicely. When I put the revolver + holster into the front pocket of a pair of cargo shorts, it disappears, and shows no noticeable bulge at all.
It certainly keeps the revolver snugly in place while it's in the pocket, and I don't have to worry about the revolver falling out of the pocket at all.
