JUNK!

The earpieces are a complete joke! The earpieces look great on the sale page but what you receive looks like some kind of toy that would be found at the bottom of an old box of cereal. Of course we gave the benefit of the doubt by trying the earpieces to see if the items worked better than they appeared and by no surprise we found the sound to be extremely muffled and that is if we were able to even hear anything come through the earpieces. I can understand receiving 1 out of several with 1 being a bad earpiece but all the earpieces were bad. This is not a Kenwood product nor does it work using with a Kenwood radio. Will not purchase from seller in future but will purchase real earpieces from Kenwood direct. We could have used the money spent on these items to purchase the more expensive items but in America today we try to find better deals or ways to save money since our Government believes in high inflation.
