great overall face cream
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the first cream that has really fed my skin with lasting moisture as I have really dry and mature skin. Its starts creamy which is perfect for a quick facial massage but then absorbs nicely into the skin and keeps it moisturised all day. I love it!

absolutely brilliant
2 of 2 found this helpful Ive had the best and deepest sleep I have ever had since taking these .I actually took them for my bones. They are brilliant. I ahve recommended them to all friends who say they cant sleep properly. very easy to swallow.
