Very good product
Shipping charges make this product expensive otherwise this is a good product

Shorter in statue with same features
4 of 7 found this helpful Everything about the hardware is fine and works very well but I do have some issues with Alexa herself but I could contribute that to my lack of knowledge of working with Alexa.....what I mean is she doesn't always answer me nor does she always follow directions (maybe my lack of Alexa knowledge).

Looks nothing like the picture
Very disappointed.......what I received looks nothing like the pictured spider. What I received has very little black cloth on it and is a lot smaller then what initially was described.
