Great Phone for Portable Music Lovers
Since I've had this phone it's been great. For those who like to exercise, especially bike riders, it keeps you from carrying a phone and an MP3 player on your person. The radio feature is also great; it gives you good reception. Also, the fact that you can create ringtones from CDs is also a plus. However, if you're a T-mobile customer, you're pretty much going to be stuck with polyphonic ringtones they offer on their site instead of getting actual music ringtones, as this is an unrecognized device with this carrier. You also won't be able to surf the net with phone or get your email on this phone like you can with say a Sidekick. You'll have better luck with this device if you're a Cingular wireless customer. But here's something to remember if you're a big music lover: You'll have to get an expandable memory chip if you want to have more music on your phone to listen to because the most you'll be able to put on it is 10 tracks with the 64MB memory chip it comes with, especially if you have a lot of contacts to put on your phone. Through the Nokia website you can purchase a 512MB chip, and there are some Ebay seller who even carry a 1GB memory chip that's compatible for this phone. Lastly, if you're a texter, you may want to think twice about getting this phone. While the keypad is easy to use, you can only text in a lit area as there is no back lighting on the qwerty keyboard. Overall, I've been happy with this phone, and even though some would consider this phone to be for a 20-something, as a person in his late 30s, I'm still having fun with it and it's serving its purpose.

One of the best in the business.
I got to know David Kirsch's training style from the book "The Ultimate New York Body Plan", which, along with this book, is a great book. This book is for those who are looking for something that will help them long term, while "New York" is a two-week "boot camp"-type work out plan. I've followed doing some of the exercises from both books and you will get results. What I like most about this book is his writing style: he's not trying to push the person into doing something he or she doesn't want to do. He presents what the benefits will be by following the program. So far I started working out July of this year. While I can't give you body fat percentages I've lost I can tell you that by following both programs (and not always to the letter) I've gone from wearing a size 44 pants to a size 40, and my 40s are starting to get baggy. Though my diet still needs improvement I'm still losing weight and getting in great shape, which is important for me as I'm turing 39 this year. If I lived in New York, I'd hire this guy. I think that he could help any person who may be struggling, like I was, to find a good workout program. I highly recommend this book.

I love this desktop!
My previous Dell small form-factor desktop died and I needed a replacement. Love, love, love this desktop. I have to keep it under my desk due to its size, but has plenty of memory and processing speed for what I need to get done. (Did I mention I love this computer?) Great deal. Great price.
