1 of 1 found this helpful We're real fans of director Terry Gilliam, and this is a terrific movie! Even though Bruce Willis is not my favorite actor, he's very good in this suspenseful and sometimes confusing plot. Everything does come together in the end in the story, and Gilliam's way of making it do so is unique -- as we've come to expect from him. At the time it was released, I definitely thought it was the best performance we'd yet seen from Brad Pitt.
We owned this movie on video, and opted to buy it on DVD, as it's one we want to keep in our library. Every time I look at it, I find new things to admire and enjoy!

Wonderful machine...but...
We love the basic machine, but the generic remote doesn't do everything we'd hoped for -- like not open/close, or play at another speed. Apart from that 'hiccup', it's a very good machine, and well worth what we paid for!
