You continued to hound saying why have you not sent it. Trying to contact eBay to speak to someone was virtually impossible. Even now your saying I owe you money when I have not anything.

Room full of dog hairs!
We booked this hotel for a two night stay and booked out within half an hour of our arrival. We were given a room in the cottagers about a 100 yards from the main hotel with limited car parking. The room was small and squashed in, more like student accommodation. When my wife sat on the bed she was covered in dog hairs The hotel allows dogs in the rooms for £7.00 a night and I guess the previous occupant must have allowed their dog or dogs onto the bed. I was also starting to get an allergic reaction. The room was dusty and the bed cover had not been cleaned.
The village has no street lighting and would be pitch black at night and the entrance to the cottagers is at the rear.
When we went to reception and told the owner we could not stay in that room he just said 'oh well' and took the keys.
Now the hard part in getting a refund!
