Bent, unusable plug
Hoover was easy to assemble but when I unravelled the power cord to plug the machine in, I discovered that one of the pins on the plug is bent out of place and can't be corrected. Presume this is why it was sold as refurbished although I'm staggered that they didn't check.
Messaged Shark via here on Wednesday and still have had no response.

The largest hole wasn't large enough to ...
The largest hole wasn't large enough to accommodate the lid of a beetroot jar (needless to say, I bought it for my mother), however I managed to eventually remove that lid using the 2nd largest hole despite it being ill-fitting.
It opened a regular-sized lid perfectly, so we're pretty happy with the gripper.

Great product
I've had a Sonicare toothbrush for the last couple of years, and these heads are great. I've also used the smaller, round ones and the bigger ProResults one work far better for me.
