  Phone was IMEI blacklisted a few months after purchase, seller was transparent and engaged with me when contacted about the origin and history however to this date (a year later) I have been unable to make any progress with getting this blacklisting removed making the phone useless and leaving me out of pocket. Unclear where the blacklist has come from but take my experience as a cautionary tale.
