Easy and simple to use
I have had my dehydrator for a number of years but bought the additional trays to increase my output. I have had wonderful success with this dehydrator.

Now I know why.
I have not had time to make any of the recipes in this book yet, but I have skimmed through the entire book and am very excited about the many "tips"--explanations such as why one ingredient or type of pan works better than another. They have already done tests and comparisons and explain the more satisfactory results.
I am looking forward to putting into practice those tips as I bake up a storm in the near future.
