circuit board circus
That's the problem with the used instrument clusters---the circuit board. It appears they are good for only 100000 miles then must be replaced (if you can find one!). I got lucky with Frank and feel good about the purchase

2 pistons 2 go
I was wondering about the rings because I have installed genuine mini rings on the other two pistons. Yours seem to be the proper size, somewhat identical to the oem except for the upside marking and the same spring tension. I am getting uneven performance and am wondering whether to put the genuine mini rings on your two pistons?

ECU replacement
Although my ECU had no problem, in retrospect, I used the replacement to prove the matter rather than spend twice the money on an electronic diagnosis, which has been done on the replacement, because I believe the sellar. So I have a back up ECU that serves me well. Thanks!!
