It's a classic
And has been a favorite since I was a kid-a LONG time ago! It sort of ruined me in a way, though, because it is the movie that taught me actors will play both good AND bad characters in their career. I seriously crushed on Christopher Plummer, but was brokenhearted when he later played a bad guy in a different movie....silly me! I followed the real family the movie was based on and had their albums, etc.
