Best book I have found for fighting a Candida overgrowth.

Great book for those with a Candida overgrowth. It's not an easy fix and will take some time, including completely changing one's diet if you haven't already eliminated basically all sugar and carbs. Step-by-step plan with some good recipes(some not so good taste-wise too). Contains a comprehensive 90 day plan to get rid of Candida and a long-term plan to keep it at bay.

Fits my Supertool but very disappointed in the quality and thickness of the leather.

I've worn out 2 original sheaths for my Leatherman Supertool 300. This sheath is okay but the leather is literally half as thick as the originals. I've made leather goods for over 30 years but am no longer able due to a crippling joint disease. The quality of the leather itself is way below the originals. It's made well but there is no way it will last near as long from everyday carry and use. Like most things the price goes way up and the quality goes way down.
